Like us, you’ve likely been moved by the sight of hungry children and people in need around the world. And like us, you may have wished to help but felt limited by time, resources, or other constraints. That’s why at One Less Beer (OLB), we aim to keep it simple. You don’t need to sacrifice much to make a big difference in someone’s life.

Would you believe that the price of just one glass of beer at your local pub (€7, $7, or £6) can provide a hungry child in India with meals for an entire month? Yes, it’s that simple!

The OLB Equation:

1 Beer = 60 meals!

With the cost of just one beer, we can provide a child with lunch and dinner for an entire month. It’s an incredibly small gesture with an incredibly big impact.

But our mission doesn’t stop at tackling hunger. We also support causes like healthcare, special needs, education, and aid during natural disasters, with a current focus on India.

Furthermore, we are a 100% voluntary organization, meaning none of us receive any compensation for the work we do. Our reward is the smiles we bring to the faces of those in need. This allows us to direct the maximum possible amount of every donation towards the actual causes.
